Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions, and we are seeking an exceptional Engineering professional to join our team as a YT-India RDA / Metrology Disposition Lead Engineer. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work remotely with our Technology Development shift teams at Boise, Leading a team of engineers building and sustaining new RDA or metrology solutions! We are looking for someone who not only understands existing semiconductor RDA and metrology methods, but who is also eager to learn emerging process characterization solution spaces and develop new team members through performance management.

In this position your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct regular performance management and professional development of direct reports through clear expectations and accountability
  • Coordinating with the Boise team, focusing on area priorities and seeking additional resources as needed
  • Continuously pursuing personal development in leadership methods, technical skills, process and equipment knowledge
  • Analyze measurement results and provide insightful analysis
  • Successfully implement solutions into R&D pilot line manufacturing environments
  • Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process abnormalities with urgency
  • Collaborate with Technology Development shift teams at Micron R&D fabs in the U.S.
  • Ability and flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, which includes weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate with the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in semiconductor RDA or metrology methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Basic Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming, Python, JMP, SQL)
