Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Daily activities also include utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver efficient and scalable solutions that support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and managing cloud-based packaged applications.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces to integrate and extend system capabilities.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and automate business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
