As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The position also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and stakeholder expectations.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to foster alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and validating test scenarios to ensure solution quality and effectiveness.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional testing activities and manage defect resolution processes.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
