We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Motion Designer  to join our team to play an integral part in TikTok direction for one of our projects. You will work closely with the marketing team, video producers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects business priorities.

Responsibilities

Motion & Visual Design

• Create captivating TikTok videos and visuals from scratch or based on existing materials.

• Ensure consistent branding and adherence to style guides across all motion graphics deliverables

• Be knowledgeable about what creative techniques and marketing hooks works well for both paid and organic growth on TikTok to have an ability to design compelling, engaging, native content;

• Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion design deliverables

• Enhance visual storytelling and making materials more engaging and memorable

• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design

Collaboration and Leadership

• Collaborate closely with producers, creators and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative briefs and concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Provide mentorship and coaching to elevate the work and support team members, contribute to team up-level 

• Contribute to the creative production process and pipelines by bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table to optimize and improve performance.

• Be efficient in what you do, with a desire to grow, outperform yourself and compete with the market's strongest competitors.

Requirements

Experience and Expertise

• Have 3+ proven years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably with UGC content. Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills and works for the TikTok platform (or similar formats) is required.

• High level of competency with the following: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

• High level of competency with AI tools: Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion etc

• Have a passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms, but especially focused on TikTok with deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, guidelines and platform updates. Proficient user of TikTok Creative Centre.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Health&Fitness industry trends is preferred but not required.

Communication and Collaboration

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Good communicator and ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner.

• Operate autonomously, eliminating the necessity for continuous managerial guidance.

• Fluent English communication, minimum B2 level, is required for effective collaboration and communication within the team.
