Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities by working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, GitHub, Co-Pilot and AI experience as Mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with operating model design and business process optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
