As part of the Publisher Growth Team, you will act as a business development and be responsible for engaging with website (web) and application (app) publishers and developers by introducing our services to support publishers’ web and app monetization. You need to be interested in the Digital Media Industry such as Programmatic Ads and Digital Monetization.
What You Will Do
Acquire Websites Publishers and Application/Games Developers, pitch and close
Consistently deliver individual/team targets every month
Grow and expand revenue and relationship with existing partners
Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business
Provide our key stakeholders with excellent and timely services/technological advice
Optimize, track and analyze our stakeholders' performance and make suggestions for better performance.
Keep up to date with industry research figures
Understand and comply with GCPP (Google Certified Publishing Partner) program policies and objectives
Provide consultation to publishers on Google AdManager, Google AdSense, AdMob, Google Analytics, and Firebase
Able to support other members in the team with sharing/training
Work closely with other departments for development projects or initiatives projects and insight
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
At least 3 years experience in Mobile Apps and/or Web Development/Digital Advertising industry
Good command of English
A keen desire to grow knowledge of how AdTech works behind the scenes
Want to advance careers as a Business developer and Account Manager
Able to work under pressure to hit targets consistently
Have good connections with publishers/marketers/developers
Experience in Online Advertising, Google Advertising products, Ad Networks is a plus
An analytical mindset and methodical approach to working with data sets
Detail-oriented, well-organized, with a good sense of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal skills
Independent, self-motivated, and a quick learner
