Job Summary:
Ensure 100% compliance for IT ASSETS with PEZA rules, Bureau of Customs, and other statutory requirements while maximizing benefits of being a PEZA-registered enterprise and meeting business expectations

• Ensure compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs requirements.
• Handle LOA applications for asset disposal and transfers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Real Estate, HR, Legal, and Business Units for smooth processes.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate inventory lists for PEZA inspections.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for PEZA and BOC compliance.
Lead PEZA operations for ISA asset movement, disposal, and donation.
• Review applications and permits for these activities.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for PEZA and BOC compliance.
• Prepare weekly operations and monthly compliance reports.
• Handle weekly digicash liquidation and monitor budget/expenses.
• Develop and implement compliance procedures and documentation.
• Monitor records management and accrual of logistics expenses.
• Participate in initiatives impacting logistics/regulatory processes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirement:

Must have:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience\

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have:
• 2 years of experience in PEZA and BOC processes (farm in and farm out)
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with client executives.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Demonstrates inclusion and respect for diversity across cultures and backgrounds.
• Collaborative team player with leadership potential.

Good to Have:
• IT related or office business administration
• Basic understanding of IT Asset lifecycle and commercial risk management.
