Manage and provide technical support on Application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace

Perform administration, setup and review of alerting for verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.

•     Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions that meet the needs of our internal teams and external clients.

•     Ongoing setup of alerts and processing thresholds.

•     Provide education / training to other team members as well as other IT departments of how to use the tool in a productive, efficient way to identify potential problem areas.

•      Proactive investigation of potential problem areas based on monitoring statistics.

•      Creation of monitoring dashboards and key metrics for IT leadership.

•      Investigate & resolve issues resulting from major incidents as part of incident management and provide detailed root cause analysis.

•     Familiarity with networking and storage concepts

•     Experience with Oracle, EBS, SOA is a plus

•     Experience with Linux, Unix & Sun Solaris systems

•     Experience with Shell scripting and other scripting tools

•     Ability to be proactive, creative problem solver and work well under pressure

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•     Work collaboratively with other Business Units and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions.

•     Knowledge of current documentation materials, methods, technology and practices

  • Ensure AIA company standards and procedures are followed

Minimum Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

  • Proven experience & SME (7+ years) in Dynatrace & other APM monitoring tools.

  • Previous proven working experiences in working under matrix organization and people in multiple countries is a must.

  • Hands on experience on Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions;

OR

  • An equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.

Education: –

  • Degree Holder of University on Information Technology or related discipline

  •  ITIL V3 Foundation certification or higher
