The Chief Business Officer organization plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion efforts worldwide. Our teammates work on commercializing Airbnb’s new and existing businesses, helping Airbnb expand beyond its core offering as a place to stay. This includes recruiting and developing Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality stays, Experiences, and services, and executing Airbnb’s global in market strategy. The Difference You Will Make:
The Airbnb Brazil team is looking for a Senior Community Growth Manager to launch and manage host growth programs in São Paulo, Brazil. These programs include the Co-Host Network, Superhost Ambassadors, and other programs in incubation. In this role, you will be part of the Community Powered Growth team within our Business organization. This team’s objective is to drive growth of Airbnb’s host population and leverage new product offerings to create additional opportunities for existing hosts. This role comes with hybrid program operations and scaled relationship management responsibilities. This role carries revenue and business performance goals.
A Typical Day
You will be responsible for designing playbooks, while adapting central frameworks to capture local market dynamics that will shape future iterations of our community programs. You will partner with our central commercial teams, community teams, sales operations and other cross functional partners to pilot new projects, tactics and/or initiatives that can be scaled into broader cross-functional programs.
You will analyze program performance and insights to craft strategic plans to ensure the needs of our hosts, co-hosts, and the Airbnb business are supported. Your success in this role will be based on a variety of metrics that reflect your impact to the business. This includes the level of growth, retention, and success of the hosting business in Brazil.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator, analytical, strong content development skills, and adept at business planning for the long term while remaining nimble and adaptive to short term priorities. This includes relationship building and management within our host community.
