Are you passionate about crisis support and ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Team Lead to join the Maine Crisis Line (MCL) team. This role is ideal for someone with crisis experience who thrives in a collaborative, remote setting and is committed to supporting both callers and staff.
Location: Office is located in South Portland, but this position has the ability to work remotely (in Maine).
Must have the ability to attend an in-person orientation in South Portland.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Specific schedule will be determined by program needs and will discussed in the interview process.
