The P&C Enabling Support Network (ESN) is a self organized global Network of P&C Enabling Support Specialists supporting the P&C world-wide integrated network.
The P&C Enabling Support Specialist is a passionate, client focused professional, located in a global support network which is the foundation of the P&C organization and enabler of its success. This position is future-oriented in business support and administration of the worldwide integrated network, connecting the dots across all functions.
Providing partially-dedicated support to the P&C Business Partner Enterprise for Pharma International and her Above Country BPs
Partnering with different stakeholders, both in P&C and in the business area, contributing to strategic project management (including leading projects), planning and managing events.
Providing technology support and continuous improvement of processes, implementation of embedded technology within the network.
Taking an active role in developing our self-organized P&C Enabling Support Network further, while contributing to network related initiatives and projects.
Providing support to global, regional & local P&C colleagues on a variety of tasks and levels of complexity (e.g. complex travel and expense management, support for large events, complex meeting structures).
Handle functional and business related requests such as: serve as the point of contact for GM Onboarding, connecting with the Chapter representatives supporting Pharma International and the BPA;connect with People Leaders and consult on a variety of P&C topics; be the primary P&C contact for selected business areas (i.e. Pharma International Administration Team (NEST) ); serve as a catalyst for the P&C Community of Pharma International, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and providing resources and onboarding support to new members.

Able to work and lead with a creative mindset, high flexibility and adaptability for proactive and professional enabling support.
Have an open, positive, growth mindset and system thinking, proven ability to work effectively across a matrix environment (P&C chapters, AoPs), global/local teams and networks in a fast paced environment
Embracing technology/digital tools for new ways of working to leverage impact within the P&C Enabling Support and for supported partners in the chapters.
Demonstrating critical thinking to act as a challenger for optimization for business and support processes.

Working with the highest degree of confidentiality.
Ideal candidates will have a university degree or commercial diploma, coupled with relevant experience in People & Culture, business support, professional assistance, event management, or dynamic project coordination/management. Working effectively within a team or network is also essential. Proficiency in standard IT applications, including the Google suite, is required, as well as a passion for leveraging technology for continuous improvement. Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of German is a plus. Additionally, we seek individuals with a keen interest and potential to develop into other People & Culture roles.
