The Role:

We’re seeking an exceptional people leader to join us as an Associate Manager. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of field service engineers across VIC, SA, and TAS in Australia. This position is ideal for someone experienced in managing close-knit teams of 8-10, driving success through efficient operations, and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Travel is part of this role, as you’ll spend time with both your team and our customers across Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentorship, support, and training to align with our long-term strategy.
  • Engage and develop your team to ensure high levels of technical competency and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support and hold the team accountable while driving a positive culture.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage resources to meet coverage and customer needs.
  • Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for both internal and external reference.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a management role.
  • A passion for leading and developing others.
  • Highly developed customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of internal and external customers.
