Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our technology team. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications that support various business functions. Software Requirements
Required:
Java (latest stable version, with experience in Java SE and Java EE platforms)
Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Struts
Development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, NetBeans
Database management: MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server
Preferred:
Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
Build and automation tools (Maven, Jenkins)
Containerization and cloud deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP)
Overall Responsibilities
Develop, test, and document Java applications aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and meet technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure high system availability.

Candidates with equivalent experience in related fields or industries demonstrating proficiency in Java development are also eligible.
Day-to-Day Activities
Write, review, and modify Java code for assigned projects.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize applications.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and collaboration meetings.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards.
Document technical specifications, processes, and update user manuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Professional Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
