Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage travel bookings through company systems, accounting for roughly 60% of responsibilities
Support executives with meeting preparation, agendas, presentations, and administrative tasks
Completes administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning documents, mail collection, preparing items for shipment, generating waybills online
Order’s office supplies and equipment; may coordinate computer requests, phone and office moves, and other installations
Maintains and updates various contact and distribution lists for the organization
Helps to organized company events such as employee celebrations, open houses, and charity events.
Qualifications
1 plus years’ previous experience in a similar reception/customer service role required, experience within the Aviation industry an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and an aptitude for learning various computer systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Work conditions
Full-time temporary position valid until September 30, 2026
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
