Provides specialized delivery support to account with multiple IT medium to large-sized projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Project Leads across the account with an effective support service to enable them to develop and deliver their projects and programs.

• Assist the Project Leads, where applicable, in the day-to-day duties of Project.

• When applicable, support the preparation of procurement, statistics/reports consolidation, documents management and staff on-boarding/off-boarding standard processes.

• Provide support and inputs to the account, coordinating and preparing reports as directed by Project Leads.

• Challenge Project Leads on inaccurate and or omitted information provided. • Develop operational relationships with other account teams e.g. Finance and Operations and external partners.

• Liaising and providing prompt inputs/replies to client as per request when necessary.

Education and Experience Required

• Minimally a Diploma holder in IT, Engineering or Business field of study, a Degree holder in IT field would have an advantage.

• Exposure/Experience working with project practices and procedures following standard methodology

• Exposure/Experience working with client background, project goals, and critical success factors

Knowledge and Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skill and is comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Good with standard productivity tools i.e., MS Office 365 etc.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Resourceful, Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
