Job Summary

Highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst ideal will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions. Will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that projects meet business needs and objectives.

 

Responsibilities & Duties 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Support the development of business cases and project charters.
• Assist in solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple priorities.
