What You Will Do * Maintain, troubleshoot and repair site production machines, instruments and equipment to ensure that they are in good operational working condition. 

• Respond to emergencies, Andon, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes 

• Execute preventive maintenance programs, practices and techniques to ensure that site facility and production machines, instruments and equipment are in proper working condition 

• Work with OEM/Machine agent/Contractors/Suppliers on site facility and production machines, instruments and equipment Repairs/Calibration/Preventive Maintenance (PM). 

• Assist in various assigned projects or continuous improvement group activities 

• Provide feedback and recommendation to Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements 

• Upkeep the maintenance records in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in timely manner. 

• Support Total Productive Maintenance Implementation (TPM).  

• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of at least 2 - or 3-years Technical course or equivalent

• Must have the skill on machine maintenance, troubleshooting both mechanical, electrical and electronics equipment in a manual or automated operation.

• Knowledge in Total Productive Maintenance , PLC (Allen Bradley) , CNC’s and Industrial Robotics

• Able to interpret CAD drawings and illustrations.

• Knowledge on TPM and ISO 9000 standard and good problem-solving skills.

• Has the ability to write maintenance standard.

• Able to work on own initiative and willingness to learn
