Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in office

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Administrative Assistant provides technical support to the College Scholars department operational functions. The role will provide primary support with student transcript collection, virtual event logistics, and data-entry. This role will also be assigned other tasks and projects as needed. Work schedule is up to 29 hours a week, January 13, 2025, through August 29, 2025.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records and tracking projects with multiple tasks and phases.
  • Highly meticulous and organized approach to tasks while able to meet competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal (Zoom and in-person).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Google Drive.
  • Must be data-driven, familiarity with Salesforce a plus.

 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

This position is benefits ineligible in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
