What you will do:

• Plan and execute end-to-end Mako clinical demonstrations to ensure successful procedural outcomes
• Conduct Mako saw bone demonstrations for surgeons
• Maintain monthly follow-ups on lead progress check
• Working jointly with the MET sales team to understand customer needs, develop customized technical solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
• Provide the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Conduct Cadaver lab for surgeon certifications
• Represent Mako at industry events, national/regional trade shows.
• Conduct Mako workshops and live surgeries at conferences

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 to 4 years of work experience required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
