Summary:
As a Senior Manager with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll to lead large-scale transformation programs for our global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Payroll Cloud, combined with proven leadership, delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions across multiple geographies.
Serve as the primary client contact for Payroll functional areas, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into Oracle HCM configurations.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll capabilities, statutory requirements, localization, and compliance aspects.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, and testers.
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on transformation programs.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
Drive business development activities including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the Oracle HCM Cloud practice.
Professional & Technical Skills:
15–20 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.
Experience in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations (including global and country-specific payrolls).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, Costing, and legislative compliance.
Exposure to localizations for multiple countries (e.g., India, UK, US, Netherlands, UAE etc.).
Understanding of integrations with third-party systems and Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management).
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex client engagements.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud Payroll certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Information:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
