The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will develop and implement pre-sales support and bidding strategy in close collaboration and alignment with the sales plan.
2. You will manage and coordinate tender processes for IC projects and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals.
3. You will conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies. You will develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
4. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations also engage with stakeholders to drive project success.
5. You will initiate approval process as per Product Line guidance (Gate Review and Risk Review)and provide technical support and troubleshooting for tender-related issues.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, in Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
3. Customer focused attitude who can communicate effectively.
4. Able to be flexible and work in a team environment.
5. Thinking and acting systematically.
6. Aggressive to learn and teamwork concept.
7. Flexible to domestic travel frequently.
8. Proficiency in English communication and writing.
