Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead, coordinate, and manage the process of collecting, prioritizing, and communicating help needed requests from various geographical sales markets. This role requires engaging with markets to understand their needs and working closely with the Global Business Unit (GBU) to align on the path forward.

Key responsibilities include project management, aligning with partner teams on organizational metrics and targets, and partnering with finance and market enablement teams to analyze business results trends. The candidate will present analysis and recommendations to senior management at various forums and drive training on business tools to enhance and develop these tools further.

Additionally, the role involves financial and operational analysis of different components of the MS business to address ad-hoc requests by management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and business tool training, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate & manage the process of collecting, prioritizing and communicating help needed requests from geographical sales markets

  • Project management

  • Engaging with markets to understand needs and working with GBU to align on path forward

  • Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.

  • Align with partner teams on organizational metrics and targets

  • Partner with finance, market enablement and other teams to analyze trends in business results

  • Presenting analysis and recommendations with senior management at various forums

  • Drive training on business tools to enable further enhancement and development of tools

  • Understanding the P&L and trends of different components of the MS business for ad-hoc requests by management

  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and technical expertise in areas such as business planning, operational management, and financial analysis.

Education & Experience

  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related discipline

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related field.
