About the role:
As a Senior Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.
What You Will Be Doing
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the banking sector.
Leverage your expertise to sell Payments, Cards, and Core Banking solutions, meeting client needs effectively.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expansion of existing accounts.
Act as a proactive hunter, generating leads and seeking new business opportunities. Design and implement a robust sales strategy, manage the sales cycle, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
Negotiate, structure, and close deals that align with customer expectations and FIS’s delivery capabilities, utilizing appropriate company resources for product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
Assist in the development of strategic sales plans and strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
What You Will Need
Expert negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Fluent in German (Must)
Experience presenting to CEO/CIO/COO and other senior executives, demonstrating a strong executive presence.
Demonstrated success in selling Payments and Core Banking solutions, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong lead generation and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
