About the Job

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced marketer to manage the Marketing function in HP in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is a Marketer with proven experience in driving the brand and demand creation and capture, in B2B & B2C environments, with measurable impact on the brand and revenue contribution. They should be highly dynamic, results-oriented, and strategically skilled to earn a seat at the business table, understanding how to drive influence and collaboration between Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Translates business objectives and priorities into marketing strategies that deliver impact to brand and business
  • Develop and implement the country marketing plan, aligned with the global and regional marketing objectives and strategies
  • Adapt and deliver effective marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty, with both consumers and customers
  • Manage the country marketing budget and optimize the return on investment
  • Coordinate and execute online and offline marketing activities, such as webinars, events, email campaigns, programmatic and social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, comms, etc
  • Exercises high level of digital marketing transformation knowledge to advance position in new digital capabilities and touchpoints
  • Analyze and report on the performance and impact of the marketing initiatives, using data and insights to optimize and improve the marketing effectiveness
  • Coordinate consumer marketing efforts in straight alignment with Trade Marketing and Retail sales teams
  • Collaborate with commercial sales to support the lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition and retention goals this includes developing and implementing a lead-to-catch strategy, generating and influencing sales opportunities, and ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media in the country or region
  • Being the single point of contact for the KSA Managing Director providing a holistic view on the country plan
  • Ensure compliance with the company's brand guidelines, legal policies, local laws, and best practices
  • Act as a functional manager, offering mentorship and guidance to junior employees

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the country
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, customer behavior, and industry trends including cultural norms, values, and business practices
  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its implications for business and marketing
  • Experience in building relationships with local stakeholders, including government entities, business partners, and community leaders, to foster collaboration and support for marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a super fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
