About the Role

Serve as the Integrated Management Position within the Information Technology Team of the Investment Services, Middle Office and IT Department at IAMC — a role reporting to the Operations Team. Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining departmental IT policies, managing the IT budget, overseeing contract administration, ensuring data security and compliance with cross-border data transfer requirements, and serving as backup support for certain application system operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, update, and publish IT policies and procedures for the IAMC IT team.
  • Manage IT vendors and oversee contract administration.
  • Initiate and submit IT budgeting and procurement processes.
  • Handle data security matters and compliance with cross-border data transfer requirements.
  • Provide application system operations support, serving as the backup operations contact for the O32 Trading System and Valuation System.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university program; candidates with a major in Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience; familiarity with front-, middle-, and back-office investment systems, including their interconnections and data interfaces, is required.
  • Prior hands-on experience in data governance within financial institutions is highly preferred.
  • Meticulous work ethic, outstanding teamwork spirit, strong learning agility, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and other enterprise-grade databases.
  • Excellent English proficiency—capable of fluent oral communication and authoring professional English documents.
