2nd line of application support and process support for around 100 of business applications of government customers.
Responsibilities:
Incident and Change Management related to Application Management
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Education in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Windows Servers and UNIX systems
• Windows Server Administration
• Very good written and spoken English
• Troubleshooting skills
• Fast learning
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Working experience in IT, preferably in technical support or development areas
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure clouds
• ITIL
• PowerShell scripting
• Power Automate
• Dutch language
