About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated HVAC sales professional to support our commercial project sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and delivering full-service HVAC solutions, including design-build installations, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades.
You’ll partner with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend customized solutions that improve system performance, comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, system replacements, and new installations
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including scope, pricing, and project timelines
- Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful execution
- Stay informed on industry developments, including new technologies and energy efficiency standards
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
