What You Will Do:

• Help in creating effective communication strategy for the company with respect to Corporate Branding
• Work with key internal stake holders to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives and own the “Idea to Implementation” process
• Liaise with Corporate Communications team to ensure all Branding guidelines are adhered to; leverage existing collaterals approved by our Communications team, alignment on all external communications etc.
• Coordinate all the external and internal communication flows including social media
• Support in managing organizations' social media accounts and maintaining a positive public image within these networks
• Measuring the performance of communication strategies and improving approaches as necessary
• Support in managing internal communications including high impact presentations, townhalls, internal social media posts etc.
• Support in coordinating branding efforts through university collaborations/campus hiring
• Ensure all Branding guidelines are adhered to; leverage existing collaterals approved by our Communications team, alignment on all external communications etc.
• Convert raw content to marketable material (Paper / Digital)
• Creating new content for various corporate branding activities
• Design branding collateral for external events like hiring drives
• Create visual content (photos/posters/graphics/videos) to stream on internal digital signage displays

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous working experience as a communications specialist for a minimum of 5 to 7 years
• Experience in Employer Branding activities is highly desirable
• Experience in digital content creation and editing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Excellent communication design skills – Composition & Layout, Color theory, Typography, Poster design, Presentations, Images, Graphics, Audio and Video
• Experience in video creation – storyline / shooting / editing
• Experience to Photography / Image Editing
• Hands on experience in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar toolset for post-processing of the raw content
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design / Visual communications / Applied Arts or relevant field
