【機能開発】
品質、コスト、スケジュールの要件に応じて機能開発を管理し、効果的な技術と設計のレビューを確保し、エンジニアリングゲートや技術管理会議の運営を支援します。システム部門のプロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、機能の変更要求も管理します。定期的な機能開発の計画を策定し、提供する責任も担います。また、専門知識を活用して、最新の開発プロセス、方法論、ツールを適用します。その他、技術的なエスカレーションや問題解決を主導し、クライアントに進捗状況を報告し、ナレッジを活かしてプロセスや機能の改善を行い、システム、ソフトウェア、システム検証、メカトロニクスの標準に合わせることなど、広く業務を担当いただきます。
【リソース管理】
プロジェクトチームと研究開発部門と協力して、機能開発に関するリソース管理を定義し、確認、監視します。
