Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Contribute actively in team discussions, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive effective solutions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems, leveraging your expertise in application development. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development, SAP CPI for Data Services. - - Strong understanding of integration technologies and experience in developing APIs. - - Hands-on experience in SAP PO/PI development, including mapping, routing, and monitoring. - - Familiarity with SAP CPI for Data Services and its integration capabilities. - - Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats. - - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
