U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey.

This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best-in-class ServiceNow solutions that delight our customers. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain the ServiceNow ITAM HAM Pro and SAM Pro Modules

  • Establish, maintain, and enforce governance and standards to ensure the platform and capabilities are sound, and following good practices enabling upgradeability, usability, manageability, performance and scalability. 

  • Enterprise Compliance – hold product team accountable to act within the policies, standards and best practices.

  • Establishes and enforces ServiceNow Instance strategy.

  • Participates in technical design decisions.

  • Evaluates and onboards new capabilities/demand

  • Represent the HAM/SAM Pro Modules in technical discussions with other ServiceNow product teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience, preferably with SAM Pro/HAM Pro.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Requires ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  • Requires ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro Product experience and Certification Preferred

  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM Products

  • Experience with Java script, Flow designer, Business rules, Script includes, AJAX, GlideRecord and ATF Scripts

  • Excellent understanding of HAM/SAM Pro automated processes on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Experience with Agile development methodology

Preferred Skill/Experience:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers

NOTE:  This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
