Job Summary
Process application systems in the Print Shop and Master Console areas. Manages the flow of all production and development of jobs through the system.

What you’ll do
Administers Company, Division, and Department, Security and area policies, procedures and standards. Understand Security and environmental issues related to the Datacenter.
Develops information/data for the Information Services Division morning statuses reports and are accountable for its accuracy.
Responsible for ensuring documentation manuals are kept-to-date.
Must communicate and interact with both technical and non-technical personnel while resolving problems.
Responsible for filling out a UCR and Incident ticket on all hardware/software problems and maintaining the logbook for various Customer Engineers.
Utilize console and auxiliary equipment in the most efficient way to process the jobs scheduled.
Maintain necessary materials and equipment to process work.
Ensure reports are printed according to due out to meet department and company SLA’s.
Report any program, machine, and scheduling problems to the Shift Supervisor.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all equipment located in the print shop according to area guidelines.
Responsible for correctly printing all reports, filling out the order forms and printing and voiding all checks for various systems.
Assist in the implementation of new software and hardware installations.
Continuously monitoring and reacting to IT operations schedules.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues and resolutions.
What you need
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot computer problems could arise.
Time management skills – essential to ensure all tickets, job failures, alerts, and reports are completed thoroughly and on time.
Strong communication skills and be able to follow directions clearly.
Experience working with Excel, Word and Microsoft office applications.
Ensure data security and integrity through adherence to company protocols.
Preferred:
Knowledge and/or experience ISPF, TSO, OnDemand.
Automated Job Scheduling Software, Automated Report Distribution and Tracking Software and commands, and MVS commands.
Experience working with RICOH printers and RPD.
Education and Experience:
High School education or its equivalent.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, 80% of the time, for a 12-hour shift.
Must be able to be on feet, 80% of the time, for a 12-hour shift.
Must be able to spend a 12-hour shift, stooping, bending and lifting .
Work 12 hours, on a 3-day rotation schedule, which will include some holidays and weekends.
