This role includes providing on-site support to users, efficiently resolving hardware and software issues, and closing requests. The specialist provides remote or on-site support as needed, adhering to established processes and procedures. For requests outside their expertise or those requiring advanced access, the specialist redirects these to appropriate team members for further resolution.
