We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will lead:

  • CRM Strategies: develop and implement manual and automated communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty. Work closely with different teams to ensure message quality and consistency.
  • A&B testing: optimize email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app notifications
