Valeo Service is the Aftermarket Specialist, supplying original equipment spares to automakers and high-quality replacement parts to independent distributors worldwide.
Currently we are looking for an Office Managment Support.
Your challenges:
Assist with daily office operations, including mail distribution, document handling, and supply inventory management.
Maintain office equipment and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
Support in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and office spaces.
Monitor and report facility-related issues, such as maintenance needs, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and other facility-related services.
Assist in ordering and stocking office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory levels.
Maintain records of office purchases and supplier contracts.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment and emergency exits.
Assist in organizing emergency drills and maintaining safety documentation in regards to office premises.
Support the implementation of the company’s environmental and sustainability policies within the office environment.
Promote eco-friendly practices, such as reducing paper use, recycling, and energy conservation.
Coordinate with facility management and suppliers to ensure compliance with environmental standards (e.g., waste segregation, eco-certified products).
Monitor and report on environmental initiatives and suggest improvements where applicable.
Organize awareness campaigns or internal communications to encourage sustainable behavior among employees.
Provide assistance with company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support smooth business operations.
Act as a point of contact for general service-related inquiries and concerns.
Join our team if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in office management, administration, or general services (2–3 years).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Service-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to support the implementation and monitoring of H&S procedures within the office. Experience with coordinating safety audits, fire drills, or first aid training.
Awareness of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
Support in implementing and promoting environmentally friendly initiatives within the office (e.g., recycling programs, energy-saving measures).
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Proactive and reliable.
English – written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
