Job Description

• Manage and maintain high standards of cloud services provisioning (Azure, AWS, and Huawei cloud), security baseline hardening, software deployment, performance tuning, problem-solving, and maintaining high SLA
• Perform day-to-day operations in the cloud/system role, including incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Develop scripts for automating tasks, housekeeping, hardening, auto-scaling, patching and monitoring
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and investigate application deployment issues and incidents on cloud platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Professional background spanning 2 to 10 years in Windows, Unix, or Cloud Engineering
• Proficiency in RHEL or Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Experience with VMware vSphere ESX and HyperV
• Familiarity with Active Directory, ADFS, WSUS, DNS, IIS, ASP.NET, JBOSS, Tomcat, MySQL and MSSQL
• Practical knowledge of Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS) on AWS and Azure
• Skilled in scripting with PowerShell, Python, Terraform and Ansible
• Understanding of mobile and web security protocols and technologies (HTTPS, FTPS, SSL Cipher suites, load balancers, DDoS protection)
• A collaborative team player capable of providing remote support on a 24x7 basis for related issues or incidents
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English
