We are looking for a Manager to join our Snap Agile sales team at Team Snapchat! Snap Agile is a new high-performing Americas sales team that will be dedicated to providing valuable coverage needs for our clients and creates career development opportunities for team members looking to work in a high-velocity environment with impact across verticals, channels, and roles! You'll be deployed on an assignment basis for leave of absence coverages across accounts, will have immediate impact on the business, and gain exposure to a variety of business opportunities. This role will occasionally stretch between management and IC responsibilities. You'll drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. You'll need great presentation skills, a proven record of managing senior relationships, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.

What you'll do:

  • Have command of and be responsible for the growth of your vertical at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in that vertical

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners

  • Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs

  • Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies

  • Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business

  • Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members


Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

  • Ability to travel 30%+ of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years experience in sales in digital media space


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team

  • Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders

  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within vertical and advertising agencies

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.

This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
