- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing within SAP SD module.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD components to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to sales and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and functional designs for custom developments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
