Our Quality Control (QC) department at site Hillerød consists of approximately 250 employees divided into different support teams and four testing teams. Position Overview:

As an Operational Excellence Partner, you will drive a culture of excellence by helping leaders and teams develop the right behaviors, systems, and mindset for long-term success. Your primary focus is on leadership engagement, cultural transformation and sustainable change management to ensure long-term operational and business success. You will be a part of the QC management team and work closely with leaders to develop and implement frameworks that ensure long-term organizational resilience, operational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture. Your focus is on integrating excellence into the company’s strategy, governance, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Direct Leader for a team project managers and data managers supporting the QC Organizations executing on major projects
  • Spearhead the Continuous Improvement efforts in QC and lead the department’s strategy processes and aligning organizational goals with sustainable excellence.
  • Partner with leaders in QC, across other functions, and across sites in our global QC network, to develop and implement strategies that strengthen organizational culture and embed core values, enhancing skills and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate activities for leaders and stakeholders to improve skills and mindset, engaging in change management focused on both process and mindset.
  • Implement structured approaches to assess and measure cultural excellence, identifying and closing system gaps, and tracking improvements for sustainable impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep understanding of how to engage and align people, processes, and systems to create improvements and sustain high performance.
  • Strong expertise in change management, leadership development and engagement, and cultural transformation.
  • Proven experience working with leaders to drive systemic and sustainable change.
  • Ability to facilitate learning, coaching, and leadership engagement across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
