Location: Denver CO

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) marketing communications in compliance with CMS regulations and organizational standards. This role manages complex, cross-functional projects involving CMS model documents, benefit and operational data integration, document automation, vendor partners, and regulatory review to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of member materials.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead and manage all phases of the ANOC/EOC production lifecycle, from project planning and requirements gathering through implementation, review, production, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure milestones and regulatory deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Medicare Compliance, Legal, Operations, Data Management, Print and Fulfillment, and external vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and executed accurately.
  • Manage the integration of CMS model documents, plan benefit information, formulary updates, and other source data into member communications while ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively develop mitigation strategies and escalate concerns as appropriate to maintain project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, business requirements, production documentation, and implementation plans to support document development and quality assurance.
  • Partner with document composition and automation vendors to support document development, testing, version control, and production readiness.
  • Monitor project progress, facilitate status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and drive accountability for project deliverables.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project workflows, document quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Project management experience supporting marketing communications, regulated document production, healthcare communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of CMS model documents, Medicare Advantage communications, ANOC/EOC production, or other regulated healthcare communications preferred.
  • Experience with document automation and composition platforms such as Messagepoint, RRD DAT, or similar solutions.
  • Experience using Workfront or comparable project management software to manage schedules, workflows, and project deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, evaluate impacts, and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and process improvements to increase project efficiency and collaboration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across business, technical, compliance, and vendor teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within strict regulatory deadlines.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $81,488 to $122,232
