  • Ensure site readiness and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and prevent delays.  Drive issue resolution and decision‑making to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and third‑party vendors through structured updates and governance rhythms, while managing key business metrics such as inventory planning, project cycle time, forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) (or required to obtain within 18 months from beginning of employment).
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical, or other related field of study or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.
  • You’re a strong, influential leader who effectively engages and aligns diverse project resources and stakeholders, while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field position.  You must be able to:

    • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements and comply with vendor credentialing.
    • Work flexible hours (based on business needs).
    • Wear all required personal protective equipment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role.
