Main Purpose
Provide support for business continuity lifecycle deliverables for Trafigura and group companies.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-    5 years of business and IT experience with at least 3 years of BCM core experience with leading multinational institution.
-    Understanding of Business Continuity practices and international standards.
Understanding of mid office / back office business.
-    Strong communication skills.
-    Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
-    Assume ownership and management of assigned business recovery plans.
-    Provide guidance and support on business impact analysis (BIA) to respective business leaders
-    Work with global team and remote locations as an overall service provider and ensure to adhere to global BCP / BCM framework.
-    Monitor the business recovery plan development and schedule deliverables for each team.
-    Ensure maintenance of plan through annual review and team leaders updates as changes take place.
-    Periodic and comprehensive assessment to ascertain the program effectiveness (semi-annually).
-    Develop and give overview presentation internally and provide training to ensure continued awareness.
-    Schedule, attend, coordinate and conduct planned tests.
-    Management of BCP tools used in the organization.
