ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a defined region. You'll be responsible for creating demand for our product portfolio, developing strong relationships with merchants, distributors and contractors, and building a robust pipeline of project opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and developing long-term customer partnerships.

Patch: North England (Scottish Border - Cumbria - Yorkshire - Greater Manchester)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and grow sales with key merchants, distributors and contractors across your territory

  • Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into sales

  • Develop close customer relationships to drive loyalty and long-term growth

  • Deliver product training, presentations and customer engagement activities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking and prospecting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven sales experience within construction, building products, utilities or a related sector

  • Highly self-motivated, driven and able to work independently

  • Strong experience working with buying groups, contractors and distributors.

  • Experience of contractor-led selling and spot market sales.

  • Ideally experienced in working with multi-national distributors.

  • Understanding of the multi-utilities market would be highly beneficial.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

  • A proven ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver results

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
