We have a new Canada-based client who is looking for Back Office Agents to add to our Team.

As a  Back Office Agent, you will:  

Handle back-end tasks while also regularly interacting with customers via email. The position will work our manual review and dispute work types, responding to inbound service requests and answering customer questions about background reports, primarily via case or email.

​Key Responsibilities

• Resolving billing, collection, and customer contract queries.
• Resolving account and transaction, exceptions, audit and integration related issues.
• Responding to and resolving all cases and issues referred to back-office CSRs in a timely fashion.
• Contacting customers as and when required to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

·         Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred

·         English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better

·         Successful completion of high school education is preferred

·         Limited hybrid opportunities.
