  • Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior, campaign performance, and website interactions and help to explain them in clear, client-friendly formats.
  • Develop comprehensive and actionable insights into customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all digital touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data-driven findings.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting.

Strategic Recommendations & Optimization:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of CRM and Data, Campaign Managers, and tech teams to translate analytical insights into concrete, actionable optimization strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving CRM campaign targeting, personalization, content, channel mix, and customer journey automation.
  • Suggest website enhancements to improve user experience, conversion funnels, content effectiveness, and overall site performance.
  • Support the design and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks across CRM and website initiatives.

Data Infrastructure & Tools:

  • Work with data engineering and technical teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across CRM and website platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Universal Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM reporting capabilities (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
  • Stay updated on emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their application in unifying CRM and web data is a strong plus.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client on digital analytics best practices and strategic implications.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional VML teams (CRM, Creative, Tech, Client Services) to ensure analytical insights are integrated into broader strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on both CRM and website channels, and at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead analytical capacity.
  • Expert proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Universal Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, reporting capabilities, and how to extract insights from CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio) for creating impactful dashboards and reports.
