Our Foresight team is looking for an Inventory Control, Sr. Manager.

This team member ensures security and accountability of all inventory control functions through management and mentorship of individual departments & leaders with process and procedure verification and system review. Responsible for Warehouse, Production Control, Fulfillment/Shipping and SIAB kitting departments. Responsible for all inventory transaction movements, safe & secure inventory storage, inventory & cycle count accuracy. Responsible for all carrier contracts, negotiations, and tariff/duty issues. Team member for MRB (Material Review Board) & ECO-CCB (Engineering Change Order – Change Control Board).  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel Manages all inventory groups (Production Control, Warehouse, Fulfillment/Shipping, SIAB Kitting) with emphasis on training the personnel for correct inventory transactions & coordination within the team and with other affected departments 
  • Receives all inventory for Production & RMA areas 
  • Maintains controls over several types of inventories (Raw materials, RMA, subassemblies, finished goods) including packaging of devices into sales SKU’s 
  • Fulfills & ships all sold products to customers using the most cost-efficient shipment method   
  • Performs physical inventory counts and assists with discrepancy reconciliation actions 
  • Performs inventory transactions for all production, RMA, MRB and SIAB locations 
  • Performs inventory transactions required due to ECO (Engineering Change Order) actions & dispositions as well as MRB (Material Review Board) transactions 
  • Has extensive knowledge and experience in inventory control   
  • Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers  
  • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems  
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; Provides elevated level of guidance & direction to team 

Requirements/Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree required 
•Must have 7-10 years of related inventory control experience and/or training 
•Computer and software experience including ERP and MS Office programs 
•Must adhere to all Foresight Sports safety policies

Pay Range:

$88,800.00 - $139,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
