The Advisor AIS primary responsibilities include Trading Execution and active Advisory for clients under AIS platform. As part of Investments Team, contributes to BSI’s Investment Committees and increases support to the sales force to ensure maintenance of existing AIS accounts as well as growth of new accounts.
The Advisor AIS proactively provides tactical investment ideas to clients based on proprietary and third party research. This individual must have a depth of financial services experience, a flexibility of approach, and a capacity to represent a diverse range of technical investment products. The role requires a multi-product focus that incorporates equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and foreign exchange products. Assist in new business development opportunities and acts as primary resource for investment communication.
The Advisor AIS report to the Director of AIS.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
• Follow all markets from a bottom up and top down perspective to help clients allocate their capital across different markets and cycles.
• Generate proactive cross asset trading ideas (Equity, Fixed Income, Structured Products, FX, Options) to help clients allocate their portfolios in the best way possible, ensuring adherance to BSI's guidelines.
• Partner with bankers to service existing clients' accounts based on their investment needs and make proposals to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) base.
• Ensure the excellence and quality of service to clients to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Responsible to execute trades in client accounts in accordance with client orders.
• Generate new business opportunities by offering services through Active Investment Services (AIS). This includes presenting different capabilities to prospective clients.
• Promote the development of Active Investment Services to bankers and clients.
• Participate in the Investment Forum to help formulate BPI’s Investment Strategy, by giving insights on the different asset classes.
• Contributes to the evaluation, control and mitigation of risks within the AIS Department activity by adhering to established rules within the platform. Advisor's responsibility is to ensure that investments and proposals fall into the clients' risk profile.
• Review existing operational processes within the Active Investment Services (AIS) team and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency of processes.
• Support the risk control process and established procedures/regulations.

Job Requirements
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
