A Sam’s Club eCommerce Internship is critical in enhancing our eCommerce performance and creating a unique and frictionless member experience. This person will set the bar for Sam's Club Omni business performance and drive key strategic initiatives by improving agility and focus of the eComm team. We are looking for interns who are strong problem solvers and deliver solutions to complex, challenging problems. You will learn the core eCommerce business that ranges across Strategy, Operations, Marketing & Membership and Digital Merchandising. You’ll help make a direct impact on eCommerce strategy and help surprise and delight our members.

You'll Make An Impact By
Becoming an invaluable strategic partner - You'll advise and partner with various stakeholders to improve member experience, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of our digital channels’ strategic direction and execution.
Structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems - You'll continuously analyze our eCommerce business and develop and implement strategies to improve the end-to-end member journey, driving innovation and growth. You'll develop hypotheses, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, to inform our overall market position and identify priorities.
Operating with excellence - You'll help define best-in-class efficient workflows and impactful solutions with key performance metrics, embedding operational excellence and focus on data into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge and performance.

You understand how customers shop online and use strategic thinking and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help drive our eCommerce business.
You have an incredible focus on operational excellence and getting the fundamentals right and can identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement through clearly defined performance metrics and dashboarding.
You build trust quickly and can lead by influence, creating impact through partnership as well as ownership.
You believe in and prioritize the collective success of the team and are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members.
You use data and insights to make informed and impactful decisions that inform prioritization, and you have the acumen to translate complex data into actions and improvements.
You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
You are assertive, adaptable and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently
Expected graduation date between December 2025-June 2026

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
