About the Role & Program

Come join our team of ground-breaking pioneers within digital media strategy at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts! The Customer Engagement Activation team holds the key to connecting our guests to the world where dreams take flight. We orchestrate innovation by blending paid & organic social media marketing with paid & organic search engine marketing.

The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.

What You Will Do

Join forces with iconic Walt Disney brands to learn strategies, assist with campaign execution, and perform optimizations that ensure our guest’s experience. Our team tests core components and performs statistical analysis, uncovering stories within the data. Join us as we build, captivate, and kindle the spark of enchantment in every corner of our digital domain!

  • Launch paid media campaigns and assist with QA’ing campaigns.

  • Curate content, lead posts, and grow our audiences for various social media platforms.

  • Champion a long-term project to build a new tool, procedure, resource, etc. to aid team goals and objectives.

  • Earn certifications across top industry platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Data and statistical analysis coursework or experience, with the ability to extract exciting items to help tell a story.

  • Proven attentiveness to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAS, Air Table and/or Tableau

  • Experience with HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript

Education

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • A student studying in their senior year or a recent graduate within 6 months of graduation date from an accredited college/university earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Content, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics or other relevant area is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
