Own the roadmap for the AI platform user experience in concert with engineering, platform partners, and business stakeholders translating leadership outcomes into a clear sequence of platform, catalog, and hosting capabilities.
Support the AI software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agent lifecycle (ADLC): environments, promotion, validation for catalog assets, tracing and evaluations, and human-in-the-loop controls where actions are privileged or high-risk.
Identify gaps in observability, reuse, compliance, or contributor friction across domain teams, agent builders, and platform standards and drive initiatives that increase safe iteration and catalog contribution breadth (reuse across teams, not duplicate wiring).
Ensure the AI platform delivers what internal users need: discovery, versioning, ownership and SLAs, lineage and governance including secrets hygiene and vault integration, least-privilege access boundaries, auditability of deployments and invocations, approved models/tools per environment, and incident readiness.
Drive recurring ceremonies for planning and execution with engineering, senior product peers, security and compliance, data, and business partners, and align success metrics (including time to first internal production use-case, adoption, reuse rate, catalog change lead time, and secrets incidents) with leadership baselines.
Exceptional product management skills and discipline that leads to clarity for the teams doing the work.
Experience delivering large platforms or internal enterprise products to internal customers with measurable adoption and reliability outcomes.
Strong grasp of agent/tooling patterns (skills and MCPs, orchestration, evaluations, guardrails) and why shared catalogs and golden paths matter at scale, not necessarily hands-on coding daily, but credible partnership with engineering.
Strong opinions and perspectives that you kindly debate, defend, or change to ensure that the entire team moves as one.
Deep empathy for contributors and operators of internal AI and a constant focus on removing friction, increasing reuse, and delivering business results.
Prunes and prioritizes work in order to maximize your contributions and impact.
Bias for action and leading by example.
Experience or knowledge of open source or inner source development and processes.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, internal AI platforms, or enterprise automation and integration catalog products.
Experience with internal enterprise product management and platform transformation projects.
Familiarity with GitLab CI, identity and access patterns, secrets management, or enterprise data and metadata catalogs.
